BIRTHDAY PARTY INSTRUCTIONS

NO CHECKS  or CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED,    CASH ONLY !!!

The deposit amount will be deducted from your total birthday party bill amount.

Rink doors open to EVERYONE at 1:00pm on Saturday & Sunday. All personal SET-UP for parties is AFTER 1:00pm.  DO NOT  show-up before 1:00pm, this causes major conflicts. ALL parents, family & friends must all wait their turn to enter on the front hallway steps. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY !!!  At 1:00pm the upstairs rink doors will open. At this time EVERY PERSON THAT GETS SERVED AT THE PARTY MUST HAVE AN INVITATION,  if they do not this will hold-up the process for everyone. Regular Roller Skates are included with the birthday party, Roller BLADES will cost an additional $4.00 per pair per person that needs them. All persons that will be attending your Birthday Party MUST be present by 1:30pm. If a person shows-up late they will be served at a later time. Parents of the birthday child PLEASE specify to your guests that being prompt is VERY IMPORTANT. If your party will need additional Pizza or Pop, NOTIFY the employees at the front counter or at the party area as soon as possible.

* Extra Pizza is $7.00 (8 cuts), Extra Pitcher of Pop is $4.00 (approx. 8 - 8oz. cups)

The Birthday Party area is located in the back portion of the beginners rink. Your table will be marked with your childs name. DO NOT PLACE ANY PRESENTS ON THE TABLES TILL AFTER THE PARTY IS SERVED. We need all of the space to set-up your party. All coats, hats & shoes can be placed in the front of the rink. Security bins are available for rent in the skate room. ONLY use the table marked with your child’s name.

DO NOT USE ANY ADDITIONAL TABLES !!! You will be asked to remove any items from any additional tables that do not have your child’s name labeled on it. PLEASE DO NOT SIT AT OTHER PERSONS TABLES TOO.

At approximately 1:30pm the employee running the birthday parties will call the birthday party parents name over our loud speaker. Meet with this employee to go over how many children ACTUALLY came to the party using the invitations that we supplied to you for the party & let the employee know if you would like any extra Pizza or Pitchers of Pop served at the party at this time. We serve all parties on a random basis. DO NOT sit at the tables till your birthday party is announced

These instructions MUST BE FOLLOWED. This will make for more time to skate & enjoy yourself at the rink. After the last party is served, we will have our rink specials. Hokey Pokey, Limbo, Special skate for just the birthday children. Birthday party child's parents are FREE as spectators, all other spectators are $2.00 each. If they decide to skate, the $2.00 fee will be deducted from the admission and skate rental.

1)CAKE     2)CHIPS     3)PRETZELS     4) PLATES, NAPKINS & UTENSILS    5) TREAT BAGS

We DO NOT SUPPLY extra Plates, Cups, Napkins, Utensils, Bags or Boxes.

BRING A BAG TO CARRY YOUR CHILDS PRESENTS TO YOUR VEHICLE !!!
